    I am on a weight loss journey and unable to go to a gym. Apart from a 15-20 min cardio can I replace the above with my yoga alternate days coz i knw that strength training is important.

    Tthanks for this video. I just bought a set of bands but they have no exercise examples. i need it to build strength in my legs and arms as I broke my leg months ago and am just getting ready to walk again with a walker. My daughter also wants to lose weight and wants to use them to help her. Great video, easy to follow.

    I compared them both and homebodybuilders .com/bands is literally 10 times more effective, versatile and even cheaper.

    Coach reminds me of me back when I was my cross country team captain in high school. Encouraging people to work hard consistently with the goal to beat your personal best. As captain having had a couple years in the sport and all, you can tell when someone was going through the motions and when someone was giving it what they had. You sir were giving it good. Love stretching. As you get stronger it can be easy to lose that flexibility but its so crucial to have that balance of strength and flexibility to feel great and reduce injury risk. Always warm up, stretch and hydrate. Hard work, consistency and some discipline and most all goals are attainable.

    I don’t know if I don’t have the right band but mine is round and when I lay down exercises my band just wants to keep rolling on my legs and it finally did slip and gave me a whip mark right across the back of my thighs. What am I doing wrong? I have a medium resistance band.

    As an unfit fat man just getting into a regular exercise routine I ordered a set of resistance bands to help get some stretching and cardio when I don’t have much time or the weather is bad. Used this workout for the first time today and I’m seriously feeling it at the end. Just wanted to say thankyou for making a great, varied routine for us all to follow. I was a bit lost with what to do with the bands so something like this is mega helpful. 🙂
