    Well im 15 year old, my height is 5feet , my waist is 30inches , I’m 43+kg (last time it was 37 but I haven’t checked for almost s year so I guess it 43+)
    I’m thinking to start it tomorrow onwards after my morning walk but I wanna confirm if I should watch out for something…..
