I should be on the TV too, as I look as good as that and I’m same age. I Just don’t have that head of hair lol. It can indeed be done if you workout regularly and eat well and keep motivated.

That is quite impressive. But I hope he doesn’t train others. The execution of many techniques is very much in need of improvement. If you do clean press ups like that, you won’t enjoy your wrist for long. A better example is Mike Miller (66 years).

The thing is once you start you cannot stop. If you make excuses to take a day off from your exercise schedule, it will suddenly become a week, then a month, then a year. This is the trap people fall into. Don’t stop!

You can do this. It’s not BS. Start slow, build slow. Have a long term goal. Don’t expect results over night. But you should be able to build week to week. Try different exercise programs (there are tons on youtube). He has been at this a long time. But you can have noticeable gains in a couple months. I suspect he doesn’t drink or smoke do drugs or eat much junk. You age well if you look after yourself. I find you have to slowly build. I don’t mind his look, though I don’t like the really bulky old man look. I like a leaner look. But whatever floats your boat.

There’s no doubt that he’s in great shape but his face is leathery. Sadly, though optimal, he is still consuming a Western Diet. One truly is what they eat; he does indeed consume sugar, dairy, red meat. Green tea, seafood, and black pepper are consumed very sparingly, if at all. He does consume an abundant amount of Vitamin E but not Vitamin C, which is key to collagen production. I doubt he eats walnuts and pumpkin seeds on a daily basis. He looks like he’s 72 in the face.

  40. A Y on January 13, 2021 at 1:04 am

Is that really necessary for a 61 year old who is a CEO. You don’t play pro sport m8 spend ur time doing something else more productive.

  41. Linton Wong on January 13, 2021 at 1:05 am

    1. Exercise – start small, build upon it.
    2. Diet – more energy, more healthy.
    3. Health – appropriate doctor screenings, etc.
    4. Finding your soul – develop some sort of spiritual life.

  42. Adam Hull on January 13, 2021 at 1:05 am

Hard work and diet yes, but let’s not pretend that this guy isn’t also enhanced. TRT at least. I don’t think that there is anything wrong with juicing outside of athletic competition but at least be open about it. You can’t just take steroids and look like this guy, it will take a lot of hard work in the gym and good nutrition BUT you also can’t just work hard in the gym and have good nutrition to look like this guy at this age, you need steroids.

Again, I have nothing against steroids. I would 100% take them if I knew how lol but I hate that people are who new to fitness see something like this and think "Okay if I go to boot camp three times per week and eat my chicken and brown rice and broccoli I’ll look like this guy!" because they are in for disappointment.

  43. Christian Brown on January 13, 2021 at 1:06 am

    Tip 1 TRT.

Here’s a tip. Be a CEO, who has the flexibility and time to workout several hours a day, while making a shit ton of money, to be able to hire a personal trainer, and personal chef, and nutrition expert. πŸ™„πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

  50. Peter Johnson on January 13, 2021 at 1:12 am

The black and white photo of Strauss Zelnick at the beginning is touched up. Don’t believe me look at the photo of him at 0:56. I’m 65 in January and weigh 68.5 kgs (10.78 stone). I left school 47 years ago weighing 66.67 kgs (10.5 stone). So in American terms, I weigh 3.92 lbs more than when I left high school. However, I watch my diet, eat for longevity so eat almost no processed sugar, got rid of dairy and eat mostly greens and fish at least three times a week. I rarely eat beef, pork or lamb (love them by the way). I stretch, do some yoga moves, mobility (Ida Portal style), weights, rubber bands or use the body as a natural weight for squats, balance etc. I also suffer from neck (C1, C2, C3) and shoulder pain from old injuries (former bull rider, farmer, ranch cowboy, contract fencer etc).
You are what you make yourself.
