    my grandfather never when to a Doctor in his life live to be 98 years old. ate 3 meal a day smoke a pipe in his latter all day long. never seen him or heard him say he was in pain he was happy and pain free. he ate 3 small meal a day.

    Fact: they have 9 full tablespoons of sugar and full of acid. It blocks and does bad things to your stomach. It has your organs work harder.     1) Avoid the "three white poisons" salt, sugar and flower.
    2) Exercise 30 minutes a day

    My Mum did not smoke..did not take illegal drugs… took plenty of exercise and used to eat a great diet and was not over weight.. She died of Cancer in her 50’s.
    YET my grandmother used to smoke 40 a day..did very little exercise and used to eat a diet high in fats.. She died aged 89 Years old… WORK THAT ONE OUT.
    It is true you MIGHT "steal" a few extra years if you keep your weight correct.. BUT IT IS NOT FOOL PROOF.

    Dear Mr Tracy would you mind sharing your daily timetable please? All you share is very motivational but when I work earlier and leave later, do exercise, read and try to be an early riser, I can never seem to sleep for 8 hours. Or if I sleep for 8 hours I cannot rise early….
