    Okay, here’s me starting this workout.
    Day 1: 30 minutes.
    Day 2: completed full workout. took a fair amount of breaks, but it was definitely easier today. keep going on guys, don’t stop!
    Day 3: completed (I am dead).
    Day 4: completed, still take 1 hour to do the forty minute exercise with plank modifications but it’s getting easier.
    Day 5: completed! it’s still hard but I feel slimmer. I hope this one works.
    Day 6: completed.
    Day 7: rest.
    Day 8: completed, it’s getting easy 🙂

    This is to keep myself motivated. Not going to say this ‘Will update you the next week’ and never turn up here like the 100s of other. I have already started this workout along with other exercises from the 5th of October 2020. My weight when I started was 122 kgs and I dropped to 120 kg within 10 days since I started. I did not do any workout during the lockdown so trying this workout was not easy but again it’s not impossible. Again, I was not doing it properly the first week with junk eating, but still lost my weight. My second week includes more clean eating, more water, portion control and intermittent fasting (16 hours without food), skipping breakfast.

    My workout since 5th, I’ll be updating you my progress as it goes. I couldn’t complete the entire workout yet, but I am getting there. 1 day at a time and 1 step at a time. I also tested my core strength with some pushups, planks and crunches.

    5/10- Video- 14 out of 37 mins, walk-2.2k, crunches- 15, pushups-5, planks- 20s.

    6/10- video- 13 minutes, walk-4k steps, crunches- 20, pushups-7, planks-30s.

    7/10- video- 18 minutes, pushups-10, planks-32s.
    8-10- got busy, couldn’t do much apart from steps.

    11/10- walk/jog-7k steps

    12/10- Video-25 mins, walk/jog- 5230 steps, crucnes-23, pushups-11, planka-45 s

    13/10- video-26.5 minutes, walk/jog-5261 steps, planks-25 s.

    14/10- 11000 steps- walk.

    15/10- Video-29 minutes, pushups-15, planks-40s with 24 hour fasting instead if 16.

    I feel much better now and surely can complete the whole video within 2 days without pausing much. Going to take a step further and try skipping daily as well.

    Here’s a trick to finish this workout. Watch this through your phone while you’re watching something on your TV, preferably a series that lasts an hour. You won’t feel the pain of working out coz your mind will be too focused on the TV to pay attention to the pain your body feels
