Hey guys! It is monthly favorites time!! Today I am sharing with you all the products I have been loving during the month of February. I am sure many of you have noticed the VAST amount of drugstore makeup that has been launching over the past few months and this month I had a chance to try out a few things. And for the most part, I’ve been pretty impressed! I know I am not alone in feeling that the drugstore has been raising the bar! Let me know if you guys have tried any drugstore products lately that impressed you! Or just sound off below what products you’ve discovered or rediscovered this past month! Thank you all so much for stopping by!

I am trying Carnival Candy today. I just mix the two lighter shades for a midtone . It’s really pretty ! The blue won me too.
Agree on eyelids, I want my primers to be richer aka soft buttery. Love the denim look with your shirt!
I have the Netasha mini nude palette in my collection. So, based on your analysis, I can pick up a palette for $3 and I am good to go… What a happy surprise. 😀
I made a transition pallet of 4 shades to deal with pallets that don’t have the ones I need. I bought single shadows in warm medium cool brown, wa
Try using a duo fiber brush with the elf primer blush.
You are soooooo amazing!!! 😉 You are such a breath of fresh air Mandy and you really have such a wonderful way of sharing your thoughts and opinions on products, plus you’re freakin hilarious 🤣 The outtakes at the end crack me up! Try to remember that the side where you link videos is the left side where your heart is 💗 (Maybe that’ll help make the connection easier) You are a superstar my girl and you need more subscribers because you most definitely deserve them—-and a sincere congrats on the many new ones you’ve gained recently 👏🏼😘
Do you have a favorite drugstore mascara?
I think that’s a marketing strategy for ELF so you have to buy more than one!? Love your channel!
I passed on the Natasha Denona eye palette but……I love the Love Cheek palette! It’s beautiful, even on mature skin ❤
Well YOU certainly hit this one out of the park! Even if you’re son is less than forthcoming with the details. I thinks that’s sort of typical of men and boys in general. My daughter used to talk so much we had to institute a rule at the table of no talking until your food is at least half eaten. She would literally talk through the whole meal and just be starting to eat when we were all done.
#MandyLea could you mix it with their other foundation or even part of a matte that you really love? I’m just asking I wonder if it would work better that way.
I have been asking for these mini elf tutorials I just oredered all of them cant wait to get. Thanks you’re awesome..👸🏼😘😍❤💖
Mandy I am a 52 year old makeup artist and makeup junkie from Mississippi.. Really love your channel!! I love your content!!
I also wish that the love palette had a couple of neutrals in it but it is beautiful. Absolutely love the Metropolis palette but it was one of the $129 palettes also love Sunrise.
I’m back on the smashbox original foundation primer. Only thing that works with my large nose pores
You really should try the Mac paint post for an eye primer. A little goes a long way and they last forever. I’ve had mine for a little over a year and am only 2/3 of the way through it.
I have trouble with Elf products irritating my skin and eyes.
I just love your hair! Is it naturally curly like that? It’s beautiful! I agree with loving the Wet n Wild Foundation and also the lipsticks. Another drugstore find that is so pretty is the new Milani duo eyeshadows, the purple/silver one is so good!
You can definitely get a complete look out of the creme and sugar Elf palette. Not everyone needs 4 colors to do their eyes.
Girl….I feel ya with the teenager conversations…..it’s like pulling teeth to get any detail….it’s truly painful…..I have a 16 year old…..🙄
I have a couple elf eye shadow minis and like them a lot. I got pumpkin pie and rose water.
I am new to your channel and have been binge watching your videos!!! I am enjoying every one of them! Great content! 😊👏👏
My son was a chatterbox and now he just grunts.😂😫
I’ve had no issue with the wet n wild dewy foundation lasting for me. I set my nose, lip and chin only. I also always put my foundation on either the back of my hand or a glass plate no matter the application method. You’re absolutely correct, it’s the best way to ensure that you don’t overuse it! Have a great day lovely lady!
Mandy really enjoy & get some great tips & suggestions from you! Your videos r fun!!!
I need my foundation to last from 6 am (when I put on my makeup) to 10 pm (when I get home from university). What drugstore foundation would you recommend for that?
The elf primer infused blush in Always Cheeky is fairly light and very close in shade to your NARS blush.
Have you ever done, or thought about doing, nail polish videos? Would be interested in test reviews from a busy mother.
I love the formula of the elf concealer too but also breaks me out :/
I made a transition shade pallet to deal with the ones that don’t have many, or any, with single shadows, a warm medium brown, a neutral medium brown,
a purple undertone medium brown and a champagne highlight. It’s convenient and so I don’t have to search multiple pallets.
That Almay Worry Less shade is my perfect nude (never mind that the shade name should be my mantra). I looked for so long for the perfect nude, and now that I’ve started trying to find cruelty-free dupes I have to start all over again. 😣 Maybe I should set about trying to convince Almay to be cruelty free. I feel like that would be easier than trying to find the perfect nude lipstick again.
If you reply to this and I don’t answer back right away, it’s because I’m outside shaking my fist at the sky.
So I bought FOUR, yes 4 of the new WNW lipsticks 💄 They are FANTASTIC. Thanks so much for the recommendation 👍🏻
You NAILED the conversation with a teenager about try outs lol. Story of our life in this house too!!!
New follower here! Is your hair naturally curly? It’s beautiful!!
Lol —I always layer at least 3-4 mascaras. I have decent lashes and only wore False lashes for my son’s wedding.
I found you last week looking for a review on ND Love. I can not stop watching your videos. I love your wearable eye looks. You use color but in a subtle way. I bought the Jackie Aina pallete because of you and love it. I love how intelligent and well spoken you are. It is so nice to have a utuber that is relatable . Jessica B, Emily N, Allie G. All my favorites.
The Elf shadows look nice. I like my eyeshadow subtle and simple, so I think one palette would be ok.
Mandy, everything you shared about the ELF Puttey Eye Primer my mom and I have both experienced and we thank you for your honest feedback and confirmation that we gotta return it. Do you have an affordable cruelty-free eye primer that you can recommend that we can pick up when we go to Ulta? 😃😁
I so agree with the smaller neutral palette edit from ND. I have the biba, but that would get my money too 🤦♀️
Hi there I just subbed and I really like your vids, yours very informative and knowledgeable. BTW can’t wait to say I knew her when 😄♥️
New subscriber 🙂
What do you use for sunscreen on your face? I am struggling and hoping for a suggestion! Thank you!
Gloopy? lol. Sounds like my son and I when he was in his teens, as a little guy I couldn’t shut him up, so it was a shock for me. Thank you for doing affordable favorites. You look lovely…as usual.
Check out Andrea Renee. She did a video showing how to get 5 looks using one palette -Candy ..with the pretty blue
Try the make up revolution “core” paint pot type eye primer. Lots less $ than mac paint pot. Just be careful to not use too much. Complete fail when that happens. And I have to use an eye shadow brush because a finger applies too much. (Jessica Braun made me buy it….)
I went through the same process with the new wet n wild foundation! Hated it at first but when I modified the application I fell in love with it! I tap the paddle several times on a glass coaster I use as a palette and then dab all over my face. I need to half way blend with my fingers and then finish up with a damp sponge to get the best look. It lasted 12 hours on me! I am older, over 50, so it’s a great one for mature skin! And so far so good on the WNW lipsticks in my purse! The mad for mauve shade has taken the place of the vanished rosewood color riche shine in my purse and so far no issues with the lid cracking or coming off! Those two are dupes for each other btw. The L’oreal is a little more shiny but the WNW wears so much better and longer.
Still loving my Alter Ego palettes… are you going to get one? 🙏
I love you´re so budget conscious!!
I’ve really been enjoying the ELF Bite Size palettes. (Pumpkin Pie and Cream and Sugar) Like you mentioned, I do have to use both of them together to get a full look unless I’m just doing a one-shadow look.
Ok…want to try the elf shadows…. thank u for ur great reviews!
Teenagers…. right! My son broke his left (dominant hand) 1 week before baseball tryouts! Ugh! Luckily he has summer/select ball
I agree with you and Jen about the Quads not having a light enough shade range. I did a look with the Berry Bad and wish I would have had a light matte. I picked up the pumpkin Pie Quad too, but haven’t had a chance to try it out yet. I did a look with the Berry Bad and just picked up a lighter shadow from my Colourpop Princess palette and I like how that look turned out better than the first look I did. I want to pick up either the Creme and Sugar or Carnival Candy one — Which do you recommend out of those?
