How to Live 100 Years – 6 Longevity Habits

How to live 100 years? I am sharing my 6 longevity habits that I’ve built over the past 5 years.

The global life expectancy has been on the rise for the last century and I believe that with the trends of healthier lifestyle we can easily live up to 100 years and even beyond that milestone.

Here are the main 6 habits that will get me to 100 years:
1. Find a greater purpose in life;
2. Never stop learning new things;
3. Learn to manage stress when it hits you;
4. Move your body every day;
5. Eat the right food;
6. Avoid toxic thinking.

While I was doing the research, I found another major reason for people to live 100 years. That is to have a strong social circle and live in a community of strong bonds. There’s a great example of a social circle in a Greek island where people easily live up to 100 years of age. Here’s the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2SORukNAI0o

Sounds straight forward right? Well it is, but you will need time in order to build all of those things into your daily life as habits.
And don’t forget to have fun while doing it!

    Don’t you wear the same t-shirt on every video? If not. You should make it a habit 😂

    Чудесно! Интересна тема – вечна. Но не е важна само житейската продължителност, същественото е животът да е смислен и качествен. 🙂
