    dont u find it difficult to workout on an emptyy stomach? u said u only drink 2 coffees in the morning…
    what time you have your lunch?

    I’m with you on the retainer! I straightened my teeth with Invisalign at age 42 and I will still be wearing my retainer when I’m 85 if I live that long! I debated on whether to do it at that age, but I’m so glad I did. It made such a difference in my smile and my confidence!

    1. Kiss my partner. 2. Walk my beautiful Australian shepherd while wearing whatever stylish workout gear makes me smile. 3. Return to a breakfast of oatmeal, almond butter, freshly ground flaxseed, blueberries, and organic, loose leaf green tea. The tea is consumed out of a porcelain mug, white with cherry blossoms. 3. Journal a morning Ignatian Examen in a beautiful floral journal with a favorite pen. 4. Kiss my partner again. 5. Check work emails. 6. Clean up, make up, dress up – usually in jeans with a nice top and accessories. 7. Start the day ๐Ÿ™‚

    Also night owl!! Sorry to be a bit off topic here, but I always feel like I have to use loose translucent powder on my skin even though it is dry and mature, so I do that before applying powder blush. But I see you didnโ€™t use any before you applied your blush. Do you put any powder on any areas of your face? You always have that beautiful dewy glow! ๐Ÿ˜Š

    Now that I am not working or going to my gym, my morning looks similar to yours, minus the children. I recently noticed my hair thinning so I went to CVS today and bought a Minoxicel 2% solution for the top of my head. You must apply twice a day, we’ll see how that goes. I also massage my scalp once a day and put 2 scoops of Vitals Colligan powder in my organic green tea every morning and take a Biotin supplement. I also purchase Keritese scalp invigorating shampoo and conditioner for hair loss, I will be taking a shower shortly and will try them out and put a second application of Minoxocel on my scalp again. It says it takes about 4 months. We’ll see. I do remember the song Maneater, I am obviously dating myself as well. Stay well and stay safe, love your dog. Such a sweet face.

    I loved seeing your full routine- was on the fence about the Tartlette in Bloom but now I am def going to buy it, the colors look great. I also have hubs, two kids in school and a full time job that was fully in the office in NYC but now I’m WFH. I use the time that was for the commute into work as my "me time" for coffee/exercise( 5 mile walk outdoors). Work all day, but I wear my ankle weights all day while working and doing stuff around the house. Not sure if there’s actually a benefit to wearing them all day but I feel better ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ I also have some 5lb and 10lb dumbells that I keep by my home desk setup (aka my kitchen island, where I alternate between standing and sitting) and many times throughout the day I will do 10 or so reps each time. This keeps me active all day, and not feeling as though I have to have a dedicated time for weights. For food, I snack all day on almonds, fresh raw veggies, and too much cold brew coffee but that’s what works for me. We eat a good dinner together as a family. I am toned, energized, and have managed to stay my size for my whole adult life so I what ever I am doing seems to work for me. I love your videos and watching you!!! Have a great day!

    In Colorado its not an issue to not shower after working out. Climate has a lot to do with it. In Houston I’d have to shower after working out, I was already wet anyways.
