Thank you for the advice. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 liver disease 2.5 years ago and through diet change, I improved to Stage 3. Fortunately, there are a lot of good things out there that are now reduced sodium (like tomato sauce in the can) but you pretty much have to start cooking your own meals 100%. I’m looking for a good source of liver disease (specifically related to NAFLD/NASH) meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks because you can get into a habit of eating the same things over and over.

You explained everything so well and precisely… This condition can get worse without proper treatment and delayed diagnosis… You can take liver care pack for better results ….take care
