    I’ve listen to all of these videos and feel like you never get to the next step of helping a person go through the next step. I’ve learned about where trauma comes from, who you studied under, your trans, but it’s a huge frustration that all of these videos are taking me nowhere but in a giant circle. I want to learn something I can use right now. I’ve gotten your 3 day videos and can only get part way the first video. Please tell us what to do to help all of these methods of releasing trauma. I want to take your class because I really see how it could help but I yet to see or feel anything helping. I wanted to take your 12 week class but I wonder if it will be a waste of money. Please give us a little more to inspire the next step. Every video says the same thing in the beginning of it which is redundant and has become at some point where I fast forward until I hear something new. I just wish you could get to the point. I’m sorry if I’m way off base, but it’s just how I feel. It’s very frustrating. Sorry. I thought this the way to go, but now I’m not sure. Please help me understand. Thank you

    Sometimes if I have stored up anger or frustration I will scream in a pillow or in my car if no other cars are close. It helps.

    I grew up right next door to Berkeley in the 60s, so we were there at the same time! I didn’t know that’s where Peter Levine was from. I used to have recurring dreams as a child of trying to scream, but not being able to make any sound come out, and of trying to run, but barely being able to move, as if I were trying to run through mud or water. Interesting that my subconscious was trying to do what I wasn’t able to do in my waking life. Fits with this theory about stored, incomplete fight/flight responses to trauma.
