    I feel like I’m doing this wrong cause it doesn’t make me tired at all. I even added in jumps and other harder versions too. It’s a good cool down I think

    Alright, I will update to keep myself motivated. I’m 173cm and I weight 90kg, I’ll do it for a month and I’ll upload my final weight. I’m currently on a deficit diet (1600-1400kcal).
    WEEK 1
    – Day 1: I was really tired around minute 12 and I took a brief moment to change my pants to short because I was sweating. I did it till the end, it went smoothly after the minute 12.
    – Day 2: I woke up with back pain but I’m pretty sure it’s unrelated to the workout, on the contrary my upper arms hurt and I’m pretty sure it’s the workout, but I think its normal (I’m a very unfit person). Today I’ve done 40minutes bc at the end of the video I was still full on energy so I "rewinded" it. Good news: my back was not affected during the whole workout and my arms were a little more clumsy but they lasted till the end.
    – Day 3: My arms are almost back to normal, yesterday they were achy all day long. I felt more sweaty after today workout, but I was very energized at the end. I did it only once because I am a bit busy this morning, but I wasn’t tired so I would have done it for a little more if I had spare time.
    Afternoon update: I took a little break from studying and I did this workout again with a two-minutes-break at the minute 15 bc I was interrupted by my family. I wasn’t very sweaty at the end but I felt tired in a good way 🙂
    – Day 4: Today I woke up with painful shoulders and I was pretty tired, but I did the workout anyway. At the end still very tired 😅 My moves were slowed by the tiredness but not always. Maybe I’ll try to do the workout again in a few hours if I’ll start feeling better.

    How many calories does this burn?

    Started on January 1st, will do daily. Current weight is 77kg and want to go to 65kg. Already notice how nice this workout is, especially since it’s just half an hour so it’s easier to plan and to encourage yourself to just do it

    Saw in the comments that it worked for them, so while doing it and when I reached the hard part. I kept repeating inside my mind "I can do this, for me". This one is effective not because I lose weight already. It’s my first time doing this, but in the past years, I haven’t sweat. My skin doesn’t sweat but when I did this, I felt happy I am sweating because it progresses right? Wish me luck guys. My current weight is 93kg and I’m only 16 :> hoping to reach my target 60kg

    wow!!! I always am way too tired after workouts, because I never really workout. But I did the whole thing!! I’m sweating but feel really great!! Thank you! I’m 70kg and 163 cm. So I’m trying to lose at least 7 kg.
