    I think you made the statement in this video that saturated fat and not dietary cholesterol was the prime cause of the accumulation of cholesterol plaque and cardio vascular disease in the human body.     At what rate does hydrogenation form trans fats verses saturated fats? Maybe there’s a way to hydrogenate oils and separate the trans fats via distillation or mole sieve.
