    Let’s say all the diets below are based on 3000 calories, you mean there is no difference in body composition?

    40% carbs, 40% protein, 20% fats (most bodybuilding diets)
    70% carbs, 20% protein, 10% fats (most high performance athlete diets)
    80% carbs, 10% protein, 10% fats (most common diet for a vegan)
    5% carbs, 25% protein, 70% fats (Keto diet)

    Let’s say all the diets below are based on 3000 calories, you mean there is no difference in body composition, besides the preference and activity level of the person?
