    Iโ€™m a powerlifter who trains heavy back squats with a barbell and weight plates. I think I have a Overuse injury like runners/jumpers knee because I have a lot of pain in the front of my knee cap when I barely bend my knee (near the top of the squat, almost standing). What can I do and can u confirm if this is an overuse injury?
