Type 2 Diabetes Diet Guide

    Do a fasting cycle every now and then, high blood sugar levels is a symptom of diabetes. Insulin resistance is the disease. Diabetes type 2 is reversible because I’ve done it with hard work. Exercise Lose weight & cut out sugar and most carbs (research your diet) stay away from processed foods which is hard to do but eating clean is key, drink water on a regular…….and she’ll be right
