    Generally-speaking, this is good information, thank you for that. The main thing I would disagree with / advocate against are "canned-meats" as the canning -process innately introduces a Lot of nitrites as well as various other unhealthy preservatives into the organisms of people who are trying to eat as healthy as possible, due to conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and others.

    I was worried that I wasn’t eating any salad on my no sugar diet. But if 0 carb people can survive without it then I should be fine.

    Generally a good list but I’m a bit surprised that sucralose is on it.

    There are lots of cheeses that satisfy the less than 1g carbs per 100g
    – Blue cheeses are usually at 0/100
    – "Buffalo" Mozzarella is 0/100
    – Camembert should be 0/100
    – Brie 0.5/100

    There are many others, but it also depends on which brand you get.
    Some brands add sugar/carbs, especially the cheaper ones.

    INTERESTING!!! If I have a stronger drink than MILLER LITE it would be COURVOISIER!!! But I hadn’t thought about Gin, & I don’t like Scotch!!! I DO LIKE J.D. But I very rarely drink anything!!! 😣😳❣️

    I was advised to portion my plate 1/2 non starchy veg, 1/4 protein, 1/4 fat BEFORE cooking. That should keep carbs minimal without having to count.

    I’ve been doing OMAD for so long I can add quite a lot of carbs and still go into ketosis

    miss…you are a classic misguided lecturer on youtube and i will tell you why….only in theory is the keto diet possible…the reasons are….the processed meats are full of nitrates and other preserving chemicals plus very high is sodium….a person that eats on a regular bases what you prescribe in this video will end up with 95% obstructed coronary arteries….and that is a fact….people like yourself on youtube have no real handson experience with diabetes or high blood pressure or cardiac issues and how to turn the tables on these conditions…you have just read about this subject and boom now you know it all and are now a youtube dietitian….you are a very false messiah….i feel sorry for the people who don`t know any better and honestly thru no fault of their own adopt what this video is preaching….common sense is eliminate the bad fats and bad carbs and chemicals and processed foods….and go as natural/organic/unprocessed as much as possible….do not kill yourself everytime you open your mouth to eat something….it`s not easy but it`s the only way and excercise 5-6x week…this is a full time forever lifestyle/change….do not eat cold meat slices and butters and bacon and sausage and ham and the list goes on….you cannot eat and survive and live long on a 100% keto diet…plain and simple…….shame shame on you miss/mrs for not mentioning the downfalls of a 100% and long term eating of a keto meal plan….shame on you miss/mrs youtuber….get it straight and think the next time you put a video up…..shame on you !!!!

    I’m surprised you mentioned biltong. I thought that was not easily accessible in the USA, where i’m assuming you’re from.
